Great food for fast food, shocked to read such bad reviews on the service was not my experience.
I've suggested to my colleagues to stop by for a quick meal... Cuban chop chop is my go to platter.
Shame on you for writing such harmful things, these kids did a great job as far as I'm concerned.
Other reviews to follow...On another note "could add some more chicken on the chop-chop"
That's why I gave it 3 stars. hint, hint:-) -

Can't say it was my best food choice of the day much less the week...! Walked in the place & immediately smelled a dewy smell as if the AC wasn't working well; thought it was probably due to the rain and how everything smells dingy and feels muggy on rainy days. The place was clean and it seems very popular with police enforcement agents so a plus - I felt safe.
Service - Fast and unwelcoming. What seemed to be the mgr./owner wasn't friendly and just felt like he wanted me outta the way so he can get the next order and make his daily revenue. Also, you can tell he was uncomfortable with speaking English to me. The cashier was pleasant for minutes of customer interaction.
Food/ordered - 2 Original chop chop (small) with extra chicken which for 2 orders is just the other half of the chicken breast they're already using for the chop chops. When I asked for the extra chicken, the mgr./owner seemed like he wanted to short-change me and not give me the whole piece for my 2 orders by trying to cut the chicken in the smallest pieces possible so he would have enough for the order that followed me. For extra chicken (1/2 breast piece), it was $5.18 - almost as much as 1 small chop chop..crazy but true...! The chop chop rice tasted ok and the chicken was dry; not as I remembered the chop chops tasting at other locations.
After an almost $22 bill, I didn't leave hungry but I didn't leave satisfied with either the service or the food. My bad for not choosing a place that would not only satisfy my hunger but give me great customer service too. There was no Bon Appétit here..! -

This is the worst experiences we had. Skinny lady was super rude ! I asked for the skin on the Mexican , she proceeded to cut up the chicken that was burnt in front of me ! I stopped her midway and ask if the skin was burnt. She replied : so you don't want it ? I said no ...
she said sarcastically : You don't know what you're missing, it is the best part!
I said what ? cancer ? No thanks...
I am Chinese but raised in Miami.... so I speak and read Spanish... as I was getting my sauces ... she then was telling the cook ... Los chinos son de madre!
Ah! I said ...so your talking behind the customers back !
So not only is your customer service bad , but your also RACIST ! Good Luck ! -

This Chicken Kitchen is a convenient spot for those working nearby in the Doral area. I'm usually in and out of the building after five minutes. The staff was friendly to me even before I became a regular. Recognizing me for my weekly visits, they remember and know what I want to order before I open my mouth. They're delightful people and the quality of their fast-food is a sweet, sweet bonus.
My go-to here is the Deluxe Chop-Chop. The crunchy lettuce and tomatoes blends well with the warm bowl of rice and juicy chicken. The chicken in the chop-chops are grilled right behind the counter for everyone to see. They're also given a special "private" rub that adds a noticeable flavor to even the mildest of orders.
Feeling festive? Then top it all off with some sauce and you're totally set. It's the cherry on top! Don't tell anybody but I'm guilty of saving leftover sauces and using them during future meals to give them that Chicken Kitchen kick! -

HORRIBLE! Do not go to this place! FYI- brown rice is $0.59 extra and they don't even tell you until you get rung up!! Place was dirty and messy! I wouldn't be surprised if other items are extra and they don't tell you. Bathroom smelled of mold and it was disgusting!! ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DESPICABLE! Skinny lady who rings up the dishes is AWFUL and rude!!!! This place has definitely changed over the years. We are NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!
